Walk-in for interview to be held on Monday, the 27th July,2009 at 1-30 P.M in the office of the Secretary, Ballygunge campus,  35, B.C. Road, Kolkata-700019 for a JRF in the project entitled "Sensitivity of the Sundarbans mangrove ecosystem to Global change" funded by the Department of Environment, Govt. of West Bengal, under the supervision of Dr.T.K. De P.I. and, Prof. T.K.Jana Co-Investigator, Department of Marine Science, Calcutta University . Tenure of the project is three (3) years ..

Qualification required: M.Sc. in Marine Science or  equivalent.  M. Sc Final year students are  also eligible to   appeared in the interview.

Remuneration: As per norm of funding agency.

Candidates are required to submit application on plain paper furnishing bio-data in duplicate  with attested copies of testimonials on the date of interview.
