Application is invited for temporary appointment for one (01) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DRDO sponsored R&D project entitled, “Fabrication of thin films and ordered arrays of AlxIn1-xN composites for the optoelectronics application via Pulsed Laser Ablation Technique” at the Department of Physics, IIT Guwahati. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of one (01) years initially and may be extended further based on performance.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
M Sc (Physics) with minimum of 60%, GATE/NET qualified
Pay: Rs.12,000/-p.m. + HRA +Medical facilities (as per the Institute Rules).
