Who enjoy pursuing innovative research in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or Biosciences,to apply to its training programmes OCES-2008 and DGFS-2008 On successful completion of training, they will join as Scientific Officers in one of the DAE units with attractive career progression opportunities up to the highest echelons. | OCES-2008: One-Year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates & Science Post-Graduates starting in September 2008 at BARC Training Schools at: | | BARC, Mumbai; IGCAR, Kalpakkam; NFC, Hyderabad; RRCAT, Indore; Nuclear Training Centres at Kaiga, Kalpakkam, Kudankulam, Rawatbhata and Tarapur. | Successful completion of course work at the Training School will entitle trainees to Post- Graduate Diploma of Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), a Deemed University. This could also earn them credits towards MTech/ MPhil/ PhD of HBNI provided their performance is above a specified threshold. | DGFS-2008: Two-Year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates and Post-Graduates in Physics for joining MTech in specific specializations starting in July 2008 at: Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee.
