Admission to the one year Post M. Sc. Diploma Course in Medical Physics : 2009-2010

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for admission to the one year "Post M. Sc. Diploma Course in Medical Physics".

Eligibility: Minimum 55% marks in M. Sc (Physics), M. Sc.(Electronics) and M. Sc. (Biophysics) with Physics as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level.  25% relaxation in marks will be allowed to SC/ST candidates. 10% relaxation in marks will be allowed to the candidates working in the relevant field for at least one year.

Course Fees:     Rs. 60,000/- (Total)

Class Hours:     5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Application form(s) can be obtained from 14^th  October to 10^th November 2009 either from the University Information Counter between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday except holidays) on cash Payment of Rs. 50/- or by downloading from the website: www.jadavpur.edu in which case the filled-in application form should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 50/-  drawn in favour of "Jadavpur University" and payable at Kolkata.

The last date of submission of duly filled-in application form at the University Information Counter is 10^th November 2009.

Reservation of seats under SC/ST/PD quota as per rules.

Full-free and Half-free studentship may be granted to few students as per University rules.
