Kalasalingam University is situated in Tamil Nadu, in southern India. The university conducts Entrance test admission to various courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, MCA, Ph.D. It was previously known as Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering and became the first University to provide special B.Tech courses for the less blessed people of speech and hearing impairment.

Eligibility Criteria :
I. For B.TECH:
1) The candidate should have cleared his 10+2 exam from a recognized board with minimum of 60% marks in PCM in case he/she is applying for B.Tech course other than Biotechnology.
2) In case candidate is applying for Biotechnology, PCB marks will be considered and minimum percentage criteria here also is 60%.
3) The students currently in their 10+2 are also eligible for the B.Tech course.
II. For Post Graduation:
1) The candidate should have a pass bachelor's degree from any recognized University.
2) Individual requirements for relevant course is available at the official website of the University.

3. Entrance test for UG courses : 1st week of June, 2009
4. Entrance test for PG courses : 4th week of June, 2009
5. Result of UG entrance test : Mid June, 2009
6. Result of PG entrance test : 1st week of July, 2009
