Candidates are sought for 1 fully funded PhD studentship to work on the project "Exciton- and Phonon-polaritons in periodic media".

The applicant should have a background in Classical Optics, in particular a good knowledge of Electromagnetism and Condensed Matter Physics is required. Expertise in advanced programming (preferably with MATLAB and FORTRAN) is important.

The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
